Glenn & Solveig Bader

Glenn and Solveig joined Victory Church in 2015 and have been actively involved in ministry for most of their lives. Glenn has served as deacon, elder, youth leader, activities director, part-time staff member with a campus ministry, new campus ministry plant, and small group leader. He has a passion for teaching and discipling others. Together Glenn and Solveig lead a Life Group. Solveig is the director of our Awana program for Pre-K through 6th Graders. The Baders have been married for three decades and have three adult children, one of whom was recently married. The Bader family enjoys traveling, photography, gardening, disc golfing, camping, and most other outdoor activities. Glenn leads the marketing and information technology teams at Ralco and also serves Victory in this capacity. Solveig works from home for an online company.
